Hi! Thanks for visiting! I’m Madi, the face behind M. Wachter Photography!

Together with my husband Wyatt, we were blessed with two crazy littles who fill our lives with joy and wonder. As a mother, I feel incredibly blessed to experience the profound joy that comes with motherhood. Our family also includes two beloved fur babies that get spoiled on the daily. and We cherish our summers spent along the Meramec River. Photography has woven itself into the very fabric of my life, serving not only as a passionate pursuit but as a language of love that reaches the miles separating my family around the world. The passing of my late mother was a pivotal moment for me at the young age of 5; it instilled in me an appreciation for capturing quickly passing moments and cherishing what truly matters.

Each photograph I take is a tribute to those memories, a way to hold onto my loved ones, and a means of connecting with them across distances. In my role as a mother, I find that photography allows me to blend my two most significant roles, motherhood and being an artist.
